Do Not Go To 800 West Salon And Spa

Bad vendor review!!!!!

Don`t ever go to west salon in spa in NJ , I went there for my 3rd hair trial, she did a suck job and then when I got home I called her and told her that I would like another trial so she can make my hair look exactly like it`s going to look on my wedding day, well she then returned my call to tell me that she wasn`t going to be able to do my hair afterall because it was her brothers graduation that day, which I understand but wtf?!! So I basically went there for nothing and just handed over $90.00? I then called the manager (Cynthia) and she was a total *****, telling me "sorry but that`s a chance you took" WTF!!!! She hung up on me at least 8 times and once put me on speaker phone and I heard everyone laughing in the background. I am so upset, because I am from NY and NY hair stylists are the bomb, and it amazes me how these shops in the boondocks of jersey think they are so good to charge $85.00 and up when they do a ****ty *** job. I am so upset. I am fumming and feel violated. I have never in my entire life been spoken to that way, they even hung up on FI
