Fresh Vs Freeeze Dried Rose Petals
When deciding between fresh or freeze dried petals I receommend the following rule of thumb. Freeze dried are best for outdoor weddings on hot summer days when fresh petals may wilt. Freeze dried are also good because they can arrive weeks before your wedding so you dont have to worry about them arriving and you can put them in toss packets ahead of time. Freeze dried also are less likely to stain and some venues only allow them. However, Fresh petals are softer, more plump and typically larger. They are better for table decorations and when your guest will be touching the petals. Overall they look better. They are also the best for romantic evenings (however they can stain) Check out www.rosepetalweddings.com which carries both kinds along with lavander and bougainvilleas petals
