Candle Lighting

My Daughters Bat Mitvzah is in two weeks.....Does she light a candle, if yes is there suposse to be a poem for her. Who writes it? Are the parents last?

Parents light the 13th candle and child lights the 14th candle. My son is saying a poem for his last candle.
