Need Someone To Custom Make Applique For Skir

I am having a 1958 theme wedding and my brides maids will be wearing poodle skirts, but I don`t want a poodle on the skirt! I want a rose and a record. I found a site online that carries all of our sizes and I can buy the skirts plain and add my own applique. I am needing someone that can create the applique for me. Anyone on here experienced with something like that?
