Winter Wedding

I`m getting married on December 3rd, 2005. My colors are light blue and silver. I would love to hear everyone`s ideas for a witner wedding. Please feel free to send pictures too. Thanks!

I am not planning a winter wedding, but I love your wedding color combination! Anyone use those real pretty blue and white Christmas lights in with the decorations for a winter wedding? I always thought those lights mixed with flowers (like a swag) would be awesome.

Hillary,

I have the same colors and theme. I am a November wedding. Here are some additional ideas:
I have ice white tree candles in three sizes. Every other table will have three trees on a mirror surrounded with fake snow.
The alternating tables will have a centerpiece of navy/iceblue/silver mix poinsettas with pine swags surrounding a white candle and hurricane.
In addition, I am using snowglobes with our picture and a thank-you on the back. I am also placing tons of tea candles around to create a romantic feel.
Each plate will have a white box containing a chocolate. The box will have a navy ribbon secured by a silver thank you sticker.
