Christmas time is a great time for weddings, because the church is already decorated for the season, saving you lots of money on decorations. Beg, borrow and confiscate garland and christmas ornaments from family members and incorporate them into centerpieces at the reception. Clip balsam limbs from evergreen shrubs and use as centerpieces with votives tucked in. Make Christmas cutout cookies and wrap in saran, tied with curling ribbon in silver & white for favors.
Be sure to carry out the theme with your invitation as well, as it sets the theme and lets your guests know what to expect. Quaint Wedding Stationery has many Christmas themed invitations and all at 25% off and FREE Shipping and NO Handling charges! Please browse my website, and especially look at the invitations offered in the "By Request" album.
I`ve been consulting with brides and selling invitations since 1972! Best Wishes!

Remember that christmas lights and tulle is a great way to decorate too and it`s cheap!!!! make some cut out snowflakes too and set them around or hang them from the cieling. I have seen people make a 3D version of the snowflakes too. Another idea is to take small branches and spray paint them silver and decorate them with snowflakes or ornaments. Place them around your reception or at the beginning of your aisle at the church. You also can search for themed weddings (just in your regular search) there are many places that have ideas.
