Chocolate And Pink Color Scheme
I am thinking of using chocolate brown and pink as the colors for my wedding (Nov. 2005). Has anyone seen this before? Have you come across any pictures online? Any suggestions??

It has been very interesting reading everyone`s interpretation of Pink and Brown. I too am adding a shot of green, it is almost a chartruse, Bright green. My inspiration came from my florist who suggested berries to mix in the bouquets that are that color. Also a Kenneth Cole tie in all three was beautiful.
For the men we are thinking that we are going to have a lot of fun with it and make the boys wear pink.
We are thinking of Black tuxes, Aple pink shirt with white vest & tie for my Fiance, Pale pink shirts with hot pink ties & vests for the groomsmen, and White shirts with pale pink vests & ties for the Fathers. I am still undecided about the ring bearer and if he should be in a tux, or just dress shirt, tie and slacks.
My flower girl is most likely going to be pale pink with either a hot pink sash or chocolate brown.
Good Luck!

Might I suggest using clear shoes. I used them in a wedding I was in last year and I`m going to use them again for another wedding I`m in next month. Let your bridesmaids pick thier own style as long as thier clear, that way thay can be pick a comfortable style and they can wear them again with jeans or another event (thats what I do with mine).

Shoes are the easiest part :) Just pick a dyeable shoe...there are many tasteful ones out there, and they will handle the whole exact match process. I found at least four styles that are perfect, open toe, simple detailing, variety of heights. Good Luck! :)
