MIlitary Wedding

Hi! My fiance and I are also planning a military themed wedding on Sep. 3 of this year. He is a sergeant in the Army, and while I would LOVE to have the Arch of Sabers I have heard that NCO`s cannot have them, or have something called the Arch of Rifles. Anybody have any clue?
