Egyptian Wedding HELP HELP HELP

This is going to be an Egyptian themed wedding after nearly 9 year dating so we want something grand however, we have to pay for it so we can`t go crazybut our ideas include needing help with...please bear with me

AudioVisual: we want fire towers, torches, night time wedding so need lots of fire light This wedding will be held in my mother`s decently sized back yard. If we could afford it we`d like possibly a fireworks spectacle at the end??

Canopy Tents: we are expecting around 50-60 people and we need seperate tents, 1 for the ceremony and one for reception (larger)??

Chairs: we need chairs for 50-60 people for the reception area but are toying with covering the ground with Egyptian Bedouin style tapestries and lines of decorative pillows for guests to sit??

Dance Floors: Just wanting to know how much such a thing would cost?

Props-Parties: Egyptian themed wedding, very regal, lots of black, blue, purple, dripping with gold everywhere. Very the Mummy movies (Brendan Frasier) Lots of fire (towers & torches) and candle light. Huge pyramid would be awesome, life size camel, awesome. Not so much into Nerfirtiti, more ancient Egypt with the gods, Ra, Horus, Isis, Thoth, Annubis, ect.

Props-Plants: Egyptian theme so palm trees, etc

Props-Theme: Ancient Egypt

Special Effects: *see AudioVisual above

Tables-Banquet: seating/tables for 50-60 people, prefer rectangular

Wedding Accessories: flowers, cake, caterng, UGH!

Hello. In what city are you located? Anywhere near Las Vegas?

HI, no, I wish I were doing this thing near VEGAS or Hollywood, it would be easier, its being done in Columbia, MO half way between St Louis and Kansas City.

Have you spoken to any Party Planners or Destination Mgt. Companies that do corporate parties? You can also check with a prop rental company to see if they have any Egyptian props. How many people do you have on your guest list?

We have about 50-60 on guest list, have looked into those types of companies but they seem like they would be way too expensive as we are having to fund the whole thing. Thanks for your help.

I`d check a stage prop rental place for the Egyptian items, Or, I`d get married at the Luxor (pyramid) in Las Vegas with just a few people and then have a reception at home. If I can help you with anything in Vegas, let me know. Here, you can even have Caesar and Cleo at your wedding!

I think it would be cool if you got a camel to be at the reception. Also, you should serve a lot of Egyptian food, like dates.

Have you checked with the party rental stores around your area? most have dance floors and will come set it up and tear it down, they usually rent for a few dollars a section. They can also rent you chairs, linens, dinnerware, etc.
If you get everything in white, you can decorate with the egyptian theme around that. Maybe some pyramid center pieces? Camel place holders?
The party rental places also usually rent tents. If you go with the tent, maybe some sand surrounding the outside of the tent.

I`ve considered the sand thing but the locations are at my mom`s house and I wouldn`t think sand removal would be cheap or easy from her beautiful green GRASS lawn.
I`m also having problems finding latex calla lilies online, anyone know any sites?
