Delightful Yet Delicate Deliscious Desserts!!

Hi all.... My wedding will be June29, 2002 and Craig and I decided to just simply have desserts at our reception, here in Montana. Now, I am trying to gather recipes to fit our reception. My dress has lots of red embroidery and our colors are red, silver, white, and black.
It looks like I will be baking the majority of the food with some help from friends and his family. Do you have any recipes that are somewhat "easy" but will look elegant? I am trying not to limit myslef to just Finger foods either. Also, I am pretty sure that it will be warm out, so I also want "cool" recipes. Any and all help is appreciated!!
