How Do You Know When?

I had to get off the depo shot due to severe pains i was having in my lower stomach. They said that is more than common for the depo shot to cause cysists on your ovaries, which is what i have. They suggested that i go off all birth control to keep the hormones out of my system to stop the growth of the cysists and there would be a 90% chance they will go aways on there own, so i would be able to avoid surgery. Well i have been off of Depo for one month as of the 17th of this month. I had bled on and off for a week or so before it was out of my system and since then just a week or so ago i thought i gotten my period but it only lasted heavily for two days then it was gone. Me and my boyfriend want another child sooner or later i was just wondering how do you know when you can concieve and how long does it take? what do you go off of when trying to plan when i dont have a period to know? My breasts have been very tender, i have been over emotional, cant seem to find any energy. Those seem like the symptoms of your period but i havent had one and i have been like this for two weeks atleast. Any advice or anything would be greatly appericated. Thankyou

My advice would be to talk to a OB/Gyn even if it isn`t your usual one. I would not take medical advice from anyone who is not certified to give it. Each woman`s body is different. Going to your doctor would be best as they know your body. I would talk to the doctor, check a few medical websites to find out the questions to ask if you don`t know all the questions to ask. You will be happy to know that you received the correct advice pertaining to YOU and your body. What a doctor tells me is not fitting for what a doctor would tell you about your body.

Please go to a free clinic or even ask around in your closest hospital if they have the sliding program where they charge you a $5 to $10 fee for the visit. They can`t turn anyone away for medical help and there are programs out there. Also See if you can sign up for health insurance for low income (doesn`t matter if you aren`t), they will charge you based on your income.

Are you chances higher and higher each time you get your period? does that mean your body is begining to get back on track? Thankyou again for the advice and any advice.

I had ovarian cysts and used herbs recommended in "healthy healing" book and it worked like gangbusters! !in a week everything was out of my system
Goldenseal, echinacea, ginger, myrhh capsules (health food store) i think the goldnseal and ginger did it
