NEED #1 SCAR COVERAGE FOR BIG DAY!

I HAD A MODIFIED NECK DISSECTION FOR CANCER AND HAVE A GREAT DEAL OF SCARRING. I WANTED TO KNOW HOW TO HIDE THIS FOR MY WEDDING DAY. REGULAR MAKEUP EVEN THE THICK STUFF DOESN`T WORK. I WANT SOMETHING THAT CAN COVER AND NOT LOOK LIKE PAINT!! ANY IDEAS?
