The measurements are bust 32, waist 25, hips 35, I am 5`7" and I wore 2" heels. I don`t have any pictures back from my wedding yet but the dress is in PERFECT conditon, it was cleaned immediately after the wedding and has been preserved since. No dirt, stains or tears anywhere, it was only worn for a few hours. The veil is also in perfect conditon and has been cleaned and preserved as well. Visit www.melissasweet.com to see a picture

I`m not a seamstress but I would guess the dress could be let out atleast half an inch or maybe a full, you may want to check with someone who sews though.
