I AM THE MOG AND THE MOB HAS CHOSEN HER DRESS, FLOOR LENGTH, IT IS AN OUTDOOR WEDDING AT 4 PM, DO I ALSO NEED TO GET A FLOOR LENGTH DRESS?

No. My mother wore a dress just below the knee because she is short and dislikes long gowns on her. She wore what she was comfortable in. The colors matched but she didn`t wear a gown.
