Out Of Time!!! HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Long story short.
My girlfriend is getting married on the 21st (2 weeks)
The bridesmaid that insisted she wanted to plan the bachelorette party, has dropped the ball and is backing out (found this out Tuesday)
I am the maid of honor and need something quick. Figured I`d collect $50 from each guest (12 of us) but where do I start with the plans. It`s too late to reserve anything. What do I do?!
