If you can handle walmart they have the cheapest glassware i have found from hurricane shades to tall cylinders and bowls.

If there`s a Walmart near you, they usually carry cheap vases in their crafts department. Another place for cheap vases and glassware is Ross Dept Store. Unfortunately, you usually have to hunt for stuff at Ross which requires some patience on your part. Target is another place you can try. For more unique vases and glassware, you can shop at Cost Plus (if there`s one near you) or Pier 1. Most of these places have websites on the internet. Good luck.
