Rather than trying to get someone to pay for your wedding, why not figure out what you can afford and work with it. You don`t have to spend a ton of money to have a beautiful wedding! You might try searching google for fire your wedding planner. You can sign up for a FREE email that will give you lots of tips on how to save money on your wedding and get what you want within your budget. Or try checking out other message boards such the knot. There are lots of people out there who are willing to share information on how they`ve saved money. My wedding budget is about $2,000 and I`m not asking for any handouts and I am still having a classy, elegant wedding. Work with what you have and get creative, don`t expect hand-outs, and be careful of people scamming you to give you info. On how to get your wedding sponsored!

I want to get married in june 2005, i don`t have much money and am interested in sponsership.

First of all, let me start by saying I am so sorry to those of you who have contacted me through email about the sponsored wedding guide and have not heard back from me yet. I posted this message a few weeks back and then went on vacation to the Virgin Islands not knowing the overwhelming number of emails that I would get from people that wanted a guide. When I got back from vacation I saw that I was swamped with responses. I just want you to know that I am not ignoring your emails and I promise to respond and fill your orders as quickly as possible in the order the emails were recieved by me. I thank you for your patience. It is worth the wait.
Second, to those of you that have been responding to the guide in a negative manner,I will not be responding to you at all. I have better things to do with my time. I am here for the sole purpose of helping those of you who are interested in finding out how to go about getting their wedding sponsored.

I`d love to hear how you got almost all of your wedding sponsored.

I tried doing the wedding sponsorship. Almost all of the vendors declined stating that instead of getting referrals from the guests they only got requests for more sponsorships. I did get an offer for free pew bows and toss bouquet from our local florist though she would not do total sponsorship. A bridal gown shop offered me a veil but is was not one I could select on my own, I had to take what they offered me. I spent about 4 months and countless hours on this only to find that most do not participate or they offer you items that you may not like or want.
