Davids Bridal Is The Worst

IM not sure how to reach the corp. Office but I have a complaint, recently we want over to David`s Bridal to try on dresses, we made an appointment and went over there I told them the type of dress I was looking for and was given everything but. But i went ahead and tried on dresses and picked one out that i really wasn`t satisfied with and put it on layaway, i was told that if i changed my mind that i would be able to exchange it, but i could not get a refund and that was OK with me, 2 weeks later i really decided that i did not want a halter dress, I kinda heavy set (size 18 ) and it made me look like i had not neck, so we went back and the lady that helped me the first time wasn`t there (thank God) so a young girl helped me, while they were looking up my file the young girl the asst. Mgr. And the girl that sets at the front door didn`t have any problem talking about me, although i wasn`t standing there they did not know my mother in law was, VERY RUDE TO SAY THE LEAST. So I found a dress i really loved and worked fro me it was 8.00 cheaper then the other one i have on layaway but i figured when they told me it had to be the same price or more that i would eat the 8.00 no big deal, so as i went up and told the asst. Mgr. That i wanted to trade dresses she informed me i could not do that, i would have to pay off the dress I have on layaway first and if the other dress was still available after I paid off the other one then I could exchange at that time but not now, I owe 457.00 on the dress that`s on layaway and I put 140.00 down the dress I want is 449.00 I have never worked with rude people until I went over to David`s bridal in south bend/mishawaka store. When we made an appointment to go do fittings for my bridesmaids, the same consultant that was helping me the first time (Karen) was the one we got stuck with for the bridesmaids, she knows are colors and gave us every dress that she could think off THAT WAS NOT AVAILABLE IN LIGHT BLUE she stopped helping us after about 30 minutes and waited on the 15 people that was also there trying on wedding dresses and bridesmaids dresses i have a total of 15 people in my wedding party and i will assume that they work on commission obviously they really don`t appreciate my business, I am so disappointed and am hoping that i find a dress elsewhere so i don`t HAVE to go back there, I feel that i should be able to exchange my dress, what i truly don`t understand is i can exchange it if i pay it off and they will put it back on the rack WHY CANT I EXCHANGE IT NOW, I REALLY WANT TO KNOW WHY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
