Lost Information

I have purchased by wedding gown there and is/was planning to purchase all 5 of my bridesmaides dress. I have had the style and color picked out for months and have gone into Davids Bridal to go over the information which they then put in the computer so all of my out of town bridesmaides would be able to try dresses on and then call the davids bridal to pay for their dress. I have had all but 1 bridesmaides call ime in a panic becaue the Davids Bridal did not have any information on them or me or any dress styles. I would call and they would not have any information so i would tell them again and the associate would reassure me that this would never happen again, and i would 3 more times. When i decided to go through Davids Bridal for my bridesmaide dresses the associate promised me there would be no problem with the out of state bridesmaides. There has been nothing but problems! I have 2 bridesmaide who have still to try on the dress to get sized, but have been to the Davids Bridal in their area 2 times.
