24" + Eiffel Tower Vases Needed Quantity

I need about 22 eiffel tower vases for a May 1 event. I would like them at least 24" tall. I can get them locally /retail for $10@ - but would like to pay less

That is too much for the vases, we can offer them at $7 a piece, shipping would be based on your zip code, and we will work with you to make sure it comes out cheaper than $10 even with shipping if necessary. Thank you.
