Testing

I`ve been off depo for 2.5 years and still don`t have my regular cycle back. I can`t find the message now, but someone had posted the tests you can have your Dr. Run. Does anyone remember the name of the test to ask my OBGYN for, to determine if I`m ovulating? Also the name of the harmone treatment to get my body back on track? Thanks in advance........
