Outdoor Wedding Floor Ideas Needed

My fiance and I are planning an outdoor wedding in his parent`s backyard in Colorado. The only problem is that the backyard is mountainous, rocky terrain and slants slightly. We are attempting to find a stage or flooring device that will make it level, so we can use it for dinner tables and a dance floor. Any other suggestions? We are getting desperate.
