Decorations For Wedding On A Boat

Hi! I am wondering if anyone can give me some good ideas for decorating a large white boat for my wedding. The decorations need to be able to withstand wind, be inexpensive, and very quick and easy to put up. We will only have a 1/2 an hour to decorate before the ceremony. The boat will have 90 people on it. There are 40 chairs, a few picnick tables, and the rest of the people will be standing. Also, my colors are pink and silver. Any help is really appreciated! Thanks!
