Greedy Couples

I never registered for gifts. I got married because i was in love not to get gifts. Also most couples are together a substantial amount of time before they marry, i would think they could have bought the things they wanted over time. Most people that have registered ask for things they can`t afford but expect others to buy and they asked for stupid gifts that never get used. I`ve been married for almost seven years, but total including dating and engagement it has been eleven years. We were together a year and a half when we moved in together and we never asked for any help and also we were young 19 and 21 so we obviously were not rich. We both are now 31 and 28. My husband is a police officer(and believe me it`s not a get rich profession) and i`m a stay at home mom to two great sons. And do you know the formula for a happy life? it`s work hard and save and don`t expect everybody to pay your way. Don`t be cry babies and buy your own stuff.
