Ugly Fence

You could buy a bolt or two of toule (crinlin) and drape it along the top of the fence and tie it up every three feet with bunches of flowers that match your floral decor. For a great evening affect you could hang white christmas icicle lights behind the toule for a beautiful effect. Good luck.

Wow you are right; sounds ugly however I may have the answer. Take some white crinlin fabic and sway it all around the 100 x75 diameter. Then where is gathers for the swag place some nice soft rose color flowers, silk or real, with cream colour wide ribbon hanging down . Use some icicles lights around the areas too. You need to put something between the top of the wall and the bottom of the fence to at least separate the two. Good luck!
