Sweet Sixteen Emergency

For my 15th birthday it was not very special, i was so looking forward to having a sweet sixteen, where i live its hard to rent out places and they are very expensive. If anyone has a good idea for a fun and inexpensive party please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!Its a party emergency. Thanks to all that reply.
