What To Do With Gavin?

The guy li`m taking prom`s parents won`t let him do anything.. It was by chance that hes getting to even come!.. I`m actually not even sure if he`s for sure going to get to come.. His parents are really strict and i need to know what to do.. Ack! his parents need prom details for himto go and we have none. HELP.
