EMERGENCY!!!!! SWEET 16 HELP!!!!!

Hi my birthday is april 17th and i want 2 have the party later in the month. The problem is i had a bat mitzvah (and my lil sisters bat mitzvah is this june) and my family isnt the richest, so im on a tight budget. On a limb my mom brought this AMAZING dress (orig. For my sis`s bat mitzvah, but its 2 dressy) and i wanted 2 wear it @ my sweet 16..... SO WHAT IM ASKING is can anyone help me???? IM ON A TIGHT BUDGET AND WANT 2 DO SOMETHING AMAZING! HELP!!!!!!!!!!!
