Pronovias Semilla Size 6/8 For Sale
Here`s my situation... I bought a Semilla dress (no flower) from a friend of a friend who wore it at her wedding and it is in perfect condition. She bought a size 8, but had it altered down to about a 6 (we are both 5`8 and about 125 lbs, size 4 street clothes), but she had it altered in a way that no material was cut so that it could be let out back to an 8 if needed. I absolutely LOVE this dress, but my engagement was just called off and it kills me to sell it. Would anyone be interested in some sort of rental arrangement or buying it and then selling it back, so that i would be able to have it returned after your wedding? I have a hard time justifying keeping it at its cost, and am having an even harder time letting it go (as you know it is the most beautiful dress in the world and I`m afraid when/if I do get married far in the future I wouldn`t be able to get it anymore). Ashley - I do not have the flower, and the dress actually might be a four already - it would be between a 4 and a 6. My measurements were the same as a four and it fits me perfect

Hi, I have the Pronovias Semilla in a size 4 ivory. I have the flower, which I didn`t end up using. I`m just getting ready to sell it. If you`re interested, please email me at bewigged@hotmail.com. I might not get around to checking the thread again. It is truly the perfect dress. I`m sort of sad to let it go but I just can`t see why I will ever need it again. It would be better if someone else could have a chance to wear it.

I`ve got the Pronovias Semilla in a size 6 (it was originally a 12 and has been altered down--I`m 5`8", about 125) without the flower. I`ll be wearing it in my August 2005 wedding and would be thrilled to sell it--the list price has gone up considerably on the dress since last year, so it will be hard to find the actual dress (not a remake) for a reasonable price. I have an authentic PRONOVIAS SEMILLA dress in a size 6, which was altered slightly (taken in - waist and hips slightly). My measurements are as follows: 5`6" (I wore 3.25" heels),
Bust: 34.5"
Waist (measured the smallest part): 29"
Hips (measured the largest part around the bum): 39"
My professional seamstress was awesome and did an amazing job... However, it could be taken out slightly if needed- and of course it could be taken in more.
It is ivory and without the flower (flower can be ordered seperately). Please email me if you are interested. I will sell it for around $900 (OBO) as it is in perfect condition. I wore it last September and it is drycleaned and ready to go! I will also send the full slip to wear underneath for no extra charge.
This dress looks amazing on! It is so flattering. The material is raw silk and so beautiful.
