Information On Marriage By Justice Of The Pea

Hello. This post may be a little odd - I`m not getting married, or even thinking about it (I`m a tad young, besides). I am, however, an avid fiction writer, and I need information on getting married by a Justice of the Peace in order to write my final piece for my Creative Writing class.

It`s very hard to find good information, so I thought I`d come here and ask. All I need is the basics; paperwork, who signs what, who can be `witnesses` (one person told me that anyone can attend) and any other details deemed important.

Sorry for being so ignorant about this subject. It`s very hard to find what I need even on the internet.
