HELP!!! I NEED A DRESS AND CANNOT FIND ONE!
I have to be a bridesmaid in my brother`s wedding, and need a black dress size 28/30. I am a plus size woman and find it very hard to find formal wear. I am also on a very tight budget. I am looking to spend $100.00 or less. I will even pay for a used dress!
