Serving ‘The Oscar’. This winning cocktail created by the Bellagio
Resort Master Mixologist Tony Abou Ganim is as yummy as it is glamourous!

The OSCAR

1 1/2 oz. BACARDI 0
1/2 oz. Creme de cassis
1 oz. Fresh lemon juice
1 oz. Cranberry juice cocktail

Brut Champagne



Shake all ingredients except the champagne over ice; strain into a chilled
Cocktail or martini glass, top with Brut Champagne; garnish with an orange
Twist.
