Help ME! Budget = Small, Time = Short

Help! My birthday is in April and it is super unpredicatble weather which makes a party even harder to plan. I want to make it good because I am turning 16. Its all girls, and I want it to be more than food and socializing. My budget is a few hundred and even that is pushing it! Any ideas? NO STUPID ONES PLEASE!

A few things you can do- go to Costco and get a whole of finger foods and snaks or go to Smart & Final. Buy lots of Sodas and water and snaks. You can get a lot of finger foods to fill up on from there.

One good thing to do that might be fun would be to have everyone dress up. That always adds to the party and makes it more fun. Karoke always livens things up too.
