Wedding Cakes Barbados

I am getting married in Barbados in Aug 05 I am from England and don`t want to take a cake with me! I would love to find a Chocolate and Rum Cake for my wedding but cant find a supplier out there as yet. Can anyone help?

Hi,
Me and my fiancee both working in the cruise ship, half of the year our homeport is barbados, We planned to get married next year Jan.5,2006, by Nov, the ship will be in barbados, and will be there every 2 weeks. I really need a help from an organizer who will do everything for me, from planning up to my big day. Most of my guests might be all officers from the ship and some friends. I dont have an idea how to start planning, could you help me?
