This is so funny. Don`t even know who Beth is. She has sent me e-mails, but never did figure her connection with the company. Carol, our manager, received a call from Lynn on 2-11-05 and Lynn expressed sorrow as to what has happened and told Carol that the rest of the order will be sent. I informed Lynn through Carol that I will immediately release the dispute once I receive all merchandise. I also adjusted my dispute with American Express to reflect only the merchandise not received. The chair covers are not good without the sashes, but as I stated in my e-mail to this Beth, they will be paid for. Just look at the past complaints and you will see I am in line with other complaints. Thank you. Debbie
