Island Wedding

My fiancee and I want to go away and get married down in the Caribbean. We would like to get a package deal so our family and friends can come with us. Has anybody done this and whats the best way to start to go about this. I have heard some horror stories of people really getting a bad deal on prices and all-inclusive rates.
We would like a all-inclusive resort around May. A reasonable price or group rate for all.
I just don`t know where to start, help!

A lot of brides plan their destination wedding by contacting a bridal consultation in the location (or travel agent who specializes in destination weddings) to help figure out all of those details. The advantage to having someone "local" help is that they can help you find better deals and will know the area very well.
