Retirement Party

There`s great ideas on this site but suprisingly no category for retirement parties.
I`m looking for party ideas for a retirement celebration for my parents who will be retiring at the same time. The theme needs to be really positive and not force either of them to be forced to address the crowd all at once (i.e. No "roasts" or "quizz show" themes). Any ideas would be appreciated.
