Getting Married In Vegas-Wedding Gown Or Not?
I`m getting married at the end of this month at a Las Vegas chapel. There will only be 2 guests at our small ceremony. I don`t plan on wearing a wedding gown, but a simple white dress. Is there anything wrong with not wearing a wedding dress?
I don`t want to look out of place, with other brides there, who are wearing gowns.

I have a friend who`s daughter got married in Vegas. At first she thought it would be tacky, but the ceremony turned out very nice, and yes the bride wore a wedding dress. Then about a month after the Vegas wedding, the had a reception in their home town, so the bride got to wear the dress twice! I would say go for the dress. Just like my fiance says, "It`s all about the dress!"

I say no. A wedding gown is not what makes the wedding. There is no law that says you have to wear one, and it is YOUR wedding. Gown or no gown, you will still be married.
