David`s Bridal

It really depends on the one you go to. I work for David`s and I know that the one I am at gives GREAT service.

I can`t say that David`s is for everyone, because it is not. But I have to say that 99% of us truly care, and want your experience with David`s to be excellent.


If you go, make an appointment and try to make that appointment for during the week. Weekends can be a zoo, especially this time of year.

Ask questions, knowledge is power.

And PLEASE if you have any feedback GOOD or BAD, please let the manager on duty know.

Which one are you thinking of going to?

I`m thinking about the one in Syr. NY.

If you want feedback on David`s Bridal you should check out the other posts on this board. They`ll defintely make you think twice before going or buying your dress.
I personally had a terrible experience with them, they had terrible customer service and the dresses weren`t as reasonable as I thougt they were going to be.
I`m not saying that all David Bridal`s are terrible, it`s just that when you hear so much negativity surrounding one company you really have to weigh your options. To me, it`s not worth the risk but proceed at your own caution.

I sincerely hope that you give David`s a try. I have not heard a lot about the Syracuse store, so I can`t help you there. My best advice would be to call for an appointment and ask when they are a bit slower. Please do not book on the weekend and expect undivided attention. It just isn`t going to happen. And by all means, if you have a wonderful experience with your consultant, please remember her/his name so that you can continue to work with her/him at the many appointments that you will be needing. Keep communication open with her/him (do you know that the top salesperson at Davids is a man=how cool is that?).
