Sweet 16
Im planning a sweet 16 for about 300 people and im in need of nice decorations, invitations, table favors and a THEME! my party should be classy; however i also am on a budget ... Treat yourself, your sister, your mother or anyone who could use a little pampering for no reason in particular. Soak in the tub with your soothing eye pillow, bath salts, scented bath beads, facial mask, loofah soap kebob, exfoliating bath cloth, light your scented tea candle, and affix your stemware jewelry. You deserve it!
