Proper Wording For Afternoon Ceremony.

We are having a candlelight ceremony but now changed to five in the afternoon since sunset that day is at 7p.m. And it is outdoors. I thought candlelight was only used after 6p.m. If so what should my wording be? Or is it still proper to say candlelight ceremony at five o`clock in the afternoon?
