ISO Bluegrass Band/Performer

My Dad`s 60th birthday party will be in July. We would like to plan something special for him.
He loves bluegrass/gospel/old country music, if anyone knows of someone who would be willing to "stop by" for a little while to play a few tunes, maybe our family could join in in the pickin` and fiddlin (we are a musical family), that would be great.
Not looking to spend a great deal of money either.
We are in Ontario, Southwestern Ontario.
