Ok i`ll be 16 in dec. I need a theme 4 my semi-formal event. I have no idea wat to do. N i`m not rich so please make it for only a lil bit of money not alot.

A way to save money, yet still have a nice semi-formal party, is to go with a color scheme. That way, you don`t have to buy particular products to match your theme. For example - what about a black and white party with hints of red or pink? That would look very nice!
