CENTERPEICES

HI! I`M LOOKING FOR INEXPENSIVE IDEAS FOR CENTERPEICES. MY THEME IS PRECIOUS MOMENTS AND THE COLOR SCHEMES ARE PASTELS. ALL IDEAS WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED!!

I bet right now with Easter coming you could find some nice pastel-colored baskets. Fill them with silk flowers and maybe a fat pillar candle with some tulle (which you can also find in colors if you don`t want white) in the middle and you have a low centerpiece that people can talk over and they can take home.

The centerpieces we`re using at our reception are fish bowls (for lack of a better name) with votive cups inside that will hold a color coordinated candle. Also inside we`re putting Easter grass, the kind that`s almost clear and irridescent. When the candle is lit, it looks very pretty. Since it`s Easter time now, you will be able to get the grass w/no problem. If you go to WalMart the bowls are less than a dollar, the bags of grass are about $2 and the votives cups are also less than a dollar and you can always find votive candles on sale somewhere. Also, kinda adding on to the(fish bowl) idea how about putting moments stickers on the side of the glass you could find sheets of the stickers at any card shop
