If you go to a fabric store, you can buy patterns that will show you all you need to know about making your own veil and headpiece. Patterns are frequently used for the veils and headpieces you find for hundreds in the bridal shops. My daughter used to work for a shop and she was taught how to make the veils during the times there were no customers in the stores. She made her own for her wedding, and no one could tell the difference...and for under $30 compared to hundreds.
