Confessions Of A Contest Judge

I am a judge who helps choose male dancers for a male revue show. Guys compete with each other for limited positions or just one position. Guys who win the dance offs are offered a position as a male dancer. Our recent competition offered something different. Only two guys competed for a position. We promoted extensively the fact that we would be hiring, but only two competed against each other. There was supposed to be three, but apperently this other person wimped out and left before the competition began. Tim and Brian put on a good show. Brian had short hair and Tim had light hair hanging over the shoulders. They both flexed and moved well. Brian seemed to have the advantage because at the time, Tim had one defect and that was he stunk. Myself, and the other judge notified Tim during the competition that if he was hired, he would have to solve that problem. Looks and a good body utlimately did not matter in our final decision. We wound up choosing Tim because of his awesome assets and aggressive routine. When it was all over, I walked up to the stage and raised Tim`s hand in victory. I informed him that he would be starting the next night. I also informed him that he would make $100 a night, plus tips. This happened to Tim because others wimped out. Now, he is going to be making big money, while the others stay at home and watch television.
