One To Many Groomsmen

I was just in a wedding were the same thing happened. One of the bridesmaids was uninvited two weeks before the wedding. As a result, I walked down the isle with two groomsmen. This was the only time when any attention was brought to the situation of there being one more groomsmen than there were bridesmaids. No one attending the wedding even questioned why I had walked with two groomsmen and the other bridemaids has walked with one.
I wouldn`t ask someone else to be in your wedding just to make to two sides even. You want to remember your wedding party as being made up of people who are special to you and your future husband not just someone to take up space.
