Quinceanera`s Crown, Neclace, Bracelet, Pillo

I am so confused!!!! Is the crown, bracelet, neclace, and pillow given in the church? I know that the pillow and the bracelet and neclace can be given in the church, but can you wear the crown to the church or do you get it at the church or the ceremony??!! And when you get your low heels changed to high heels can you use the pillow you used at church to put the high heels over when they are presented???!!! PLEASE HELP ME!!!!
