Maybe give those little vials of "pixie dust" as favors? Or make them yourself with little jars and glitter.
Cute idea, by the way. I`m normally not a big fan of Disney-themed anything, but it sounds cute. Better for a quince than a wedding, anyway.

The whole aspect of the event doesn’t have to be tinker bell. An enchanted theme is more suitable for this occasion. You can have tinker bell “enchant” the birthday girl and her royal court before the big dance by having all the lights go down in the room, have tinker bell appear on the stage in a burst of strobe light hidden where your guest cant see them thought the room. Once she gets to her position and stops, she can wave her wand, point it at the grope, and have a burst of silver confetti fill the air. You can also use projections of tinker bell throughout the night, on the walls, dance floor, roof. You can also spray the flowers with glitter to make it look as if tinker bell hit it with a little “pixy dust”. If you’re up to it, you could also have a firework finale to your enchanted night.
