Victorian Lilac Alexia Dress

My problem is that I have added a fourth bridesmaid a couple weeks after we ordered bridesmaids dresses. Alexia Designs takes at least 12 weeks to order and the dress shop won`t put in a order. What should I do? I know there has to be some Alexia Dresses out there that someone as wore once and want to get rid of. The dress shop said they can cut one of there size 10`s down to her size 2 but it would be a different style then the other 3 are wearing. Should we go that route or have one made? Looking for suggustions.
